3. Booking and Payment

• A confirmed booking requires a deposit, payable at the time of reservation.
• Full payment is required before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Any additional costs due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated and must be settled before final delivery.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all items are packed securely unless using our packing service.
• Inform us of any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items.
• Provide accurate information about access points and potential obstacles.

6. Liability and Insurance

• The company is not liable for damage caused by improper packing unless our packing service was used.
• We are not responsible for items of exceptional value unless declared and insured separately.
• Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Storage Terms

• Storage fees are payable in advance.
• Customers must notify us of any changes in contact details.
• The company reserves the right to dispose of items if fees remain unpaid beyond an agreed period.

8. Access and Delays

• Customers must be present or provide access to premises at the agreed time.
• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or third-party actions.

• Perishable goods
